The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced investigation with another local agency on 10/01/2020, in response to a self-reported incident that was reported to the licensing office on 09/22/2020, regarding programs. Based upon records reviewed, staff interviews and documentation reviewed the preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violations for this self-reported incident.
