An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 1/18/2024, from 9:30am to 11:00am in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 1/10/2024 regarding special services. Based upon staff interviews, and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is deemed not valid.
