An unannounced inspection was initiated on November 25, 2024 and completed on November 25, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 23, 2024 relating to allegations of special care and provisions, special services, and administration. The inspector reviewed one child record and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
