An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 12:35 p.m. There were 45 children in care ranging in age from 2 months through 9 years old under the care and supervision of 8 staff. Children were observed during free play, preparing for outdoor time on the playground and toddlers were observed having playtime in "City Place".
Five children's records, five staff records and three medications were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
