Provided consultation on standard:
1) 40M: the center shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions. This list shall be dated and kept confidential in each area or room where children are present. This list should accompany children to the gym, playground, and any other areas they may go.
2) 80: for each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. The attendance record is to be maintained with the group of children at all times. Discussed electronic attendance, and the need to have accessible "at-a-glance" records for emergency personnel.
3) 245M: documentation of (daily health observation) training shall be kept by the center and include: a) name of staff, b) training topic, c) evidence that training on each topic required has been completed, d) training delivery method, e) the entity or individual providing the training, f) the number of training hours received, and g) the date of the training. Best practices would be to have staff sign this document along with the trainer.

Three staff records, three child records, the daily attendance record, emergency drill log, and the written list of food allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions were all reviewed.
