A renewal inspection was initiated on 11/22/2022 at 8:30am and concluded on 11/22/2022 at 9:30am. There were a total of 6 children (16 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, games, movie time, breakfast, hand washing, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 8 child records and 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: There was no documentation of shelter-in-place drills being practiced twice per year.Plan of Correction: Provider will maintain documentation of twice yearly sheltering-place drills.
