A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/20/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 26 children, ages 4 years-12 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, 5 staff records and 1 medication during the inspection. The children were observed in the following activities: in organized large motor play in the gymnasium, during lunch and going swimming. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans, the staff and parent handbooks and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed injury reports and sharing space with the staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
