An unannounced, on-site health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 09/27/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 84 children present and15 staff. The inspector reviewed 8
children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included:
