An unannounced inspection was initiated on June 7, 2024 and completed on July 24, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 7, 2024 relating to allegations of care of children. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included

The inspection findings have been updated as a result of a first step review completed on August 23, 2024. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the review does not support the allegation, therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
