An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on11/19/2024 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:30pm and ended at 2:45pm The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. There were 31 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 6 staff records. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
