An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated along with another Licensing Inspector on 9/11/2023, in response to a complaint received regarding parental involvement, care and protection of children, and center policies and procedures. Based on a review of available documentation and interviews conducted, the complaint was determined to be invalid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
