Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 3 children (12 points) with 2 caregivers. The physical plant, child records, caregiver and household member records, evacuation log, attendance log, first aid kits and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. The children were observed arriving, hand washing and playing in bounce seats. The areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that the first aid kit contained all required supplies.

Evidence:
The first aid kit was missing 2 triangular bandages.
