An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the staff from 7:30 am to 8:15 am. Twenty nine children were present with two staff providing supervision. Six children and three staff files were reviewed as well as three injury accident reports. The center was up to date on their monthly escape drills, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills. No medication was reviewed today. The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-40-M Description: Based on observation and interview, it was determined that child A's sensitives to include no read or while meat was not listed on the allergy/sensitivity/diet restriction liar. Plan of Correction: We will include this information on our list.
