Please ensure that verification of age requirement, job title, and name address and telephone number of a person to be notified in an emergency which shall be kept at the center are in the staff records. Written documentation that the individual possess the education and experience required by the job position also needs to be included in all staff records.
Consultation provided regarding 22 VAC 40-185-240, staff training and development. Please ensure that program directors and staff who work directly with children shall complete 16 hours of annual training. Documentation needs to be available during inspections
