An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 9/13/24 from 10:15am to 10:50 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record, 1 staff record and 3 household member's records. This inspection included:
? document review (attendance record, emergency drill logs, pet vaccination)
? tour of the family day home
? reviewed emergency supplies, first aid kit and cribs
