The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs
No new staff since the last inspection. All certifications and background checks remain current.
- Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A Renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 01/12/2021. The director was contacted via Zoom to initiate the inspection. There were 13 children present and 4 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and no staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Evidence: The proof of identity was not maintained in Child #1's record.Plan of Correction: We will obtain proof of identity for this child and will maintain it in their record.
