A complaint investigation was initiated on 3/07/2024 with another local agency from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 03/07/2024.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? Standard #: 8VAC20-780-240-C Complaint related: No Description: Based on record review and staff interview, an orientation training including facility specific topics was not completed for 1 staff member.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1 began employment at this center at the end of January 2024 .
2. The record for Staff #1 did not contain documentation of an orientation training including facility specific topics.
3. Staff stated an orientation specific to the facility was not completed.Plan of Correction: Director will ensure all employees, to include those from other sites, receive a facility specific orientation within required time frames.
