A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/16/22 from 10:00am - 11:45am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
