An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/18/2024 and completed on 9/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:45 am and ended at 9:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
