An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/29/2022 from 3:40pm to 4:30pm. There were 13 school-agers directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 1 child's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group and individual activities. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
