An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today. Observed 2 child ( 8 points) directly supervised by thevendor/provider. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. The two children in care were observed in cribs preparing for their morning nap. Walk thru of the vendor's home was completed that included the bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and family room. One adult was visiting during the inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor and corrective actions for each violation found today was provided. . Child #1's record did not include proof of the child's identity and a written statement when the child becomes ill.Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent for this information.

Based on file review, required training was not attended.
Evidence:
1. The Vendor did not complete a total of 16 hours of annual training.
2. The Vendor did not complete the health safety update course.Plan of Correction: I will contact the County about training and will do the 3 hour annual training.
Standard #: 8VAC20-790-430-A-3 Description: Based on review of documented emergency drill, one emergency drill was not practiced annually.
