An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 07/31/2024 and completed on 07/31/2024 in response to allegations received by the licensing office on 7/10/2024. Allegations consisted of noncompliance in the following areas: 8VAC20-780-410-1, 8VAC20-780-410-5, and 8VAC20-780-410- 6. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and seven staff records on-site on 7/31/2024. This inspection included records review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards regarding the complaint.
