At the beginning of the inspection, Caregiver 2 was acting as a substitute provider. The time sheet was not completed for the times they were in the role of provider.Plan of Correction: Timesheet has been updated accordingly.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-50-A Description: Based on record review, the family day home failed to keep a written record of children in attendance each day.
Evidence:
ON the date of inspection, twelve children were present in the family day home. Eleven children were marked as present on the attendance.Plan of Correction: Attendance sheet has been updated.

Evidence:
Caregiver 3 could not provide answers in English to basic questions posed during the inspection like "how many children are there today?".Plan of Correction: Caregiver 3 will start online classes.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-320-B Description: Based on observation, child resistant protective covers were not installed on all outlets.
Evidence:
One outlet in the bathroom used by children did not have an outlet cover.Plan of Correction: Protective covers have been installed.
