An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/29/2024. The onsite inspection began at 2:30 pm and ended at 3:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records; staff records will be reviewed at the administrative office on a later date.
The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
