An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 8:45am-9:40am. There was 1 child (2 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. The child was observed playing freely. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
