During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. - Technical Assistance:

Lockdown drill conducted on 07/03/2024.
Discussion that no medication or allergies were currently on site.
Discussion on background checks for both board officers.
Discussion of paint on wall within the Butterfly building.
- Comments:

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
