Technical Assistance:

Refrigerator temperature for all refrigerators in the home used for children in care must be 40 degrees or below.

Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An announced initial inspection was conducted today between the hours of 7:30am through 8:37am with the provider by video call. There was one resident child (4 points) with the provider. Staff/household member's files were reviewed. The physical space, emergency supplies and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Three cribs located in the infant room had a manufacture date of 10/2019 and were in compliance. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. Description:	Based on observation, the first aid kit did not contain the minimum requirements. Evidence: 1. The provider had a first aid kit that was missing two triangular bandages.

Description:	Based on review of the menu, the provider did not follow the most recent, age appropriate nutritional requirements of a recognized authority such as the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
