An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/16/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (2) resident children and (1) child in care and (1) caregiver; the point total was (7). The inspector reviewed (1) child?s records and (1) caregiver record on-site on 9/16/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the home and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.011-F Description: Based on observation, the license and any other documents required by the
Superintendent were not posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
Evidence:
1.The last inspection dated 4/03/2024 was not completely posted. The provider had the summary and only one page of the violation report posted.Plan of Correction: I will make sure to post the entire inspection today.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-70-A Description: Repeat Violation
Based on review of the children's records, the parents were not provided in writing the
required information before the child's first day of attendance.
Evidence:
1. Child #1 did not have the policy for administrating medication in the file signed by the parent..Plan of Correction: I will print it out and have the parent sign it.
