54.1 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider and two assistance on January 31, 2022 beginning at 12:00 PM and ending at 1:51 PM. There were 7 children, ages 7 months, 10 months, 11 months, 18 months, 3, 3, and 3 years old, in care for a total of 21 points. The infants were observed finishing lunch which consisted of chicken and rice, sweet potatoes, salad, and apple chucks. The older children were observed during nap time resting on cots. Three children's records and three household records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent practice evacuation drill was documented as 1/20/2022. The most recent practice shelter-in-place drill was documented as 1/20/2022. The first aid kit, flashlight, radio, and fire extinguisher were observed and in compliance.
