An announced initial inspection was conducted on 06/24/2020 from 10:45 A.M.-1:15 P.M. The facility was toured and the outdoor play area and classrooms were measured for capacity. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, parent pick-up procedures, emergency maps and procedures, first -aid kit, emergency supplies, two agent background checks, six staff records, and the emergency plan. A recommendation will be made for an initial six-month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 196 children and an age range of six weeks through twelve years. There were no violations noted during the inspection.
