An in person complaint investigation was conducted today in response to an allegation being received in our office. Based on staff interviews, review of policies and procedures, parent communications, accident/ incident reporting documentation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation of reporting and parent communication.
The complaint is not valid.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:50 am-1:40 pm. There were 31children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, participating in quiet activities, nap time and eating lunch. Diapering/ potty routines and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
