An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/27/22 from 1:15pm to 2:30pn. There were 45 (Infants to 4yrs) directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 6 children?s records, no children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed taking naps. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
