8 VAC 20-790 Subsidy Regulations
During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.
- Technical Assistance:

* Discussion with an administrator on the status of a possible future closure. No decision has been made at this time and will be decided after winter break. If closure is performed, the CDC will need to contact the subsidy vendor manager to inform them of this change.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care shall be obtained within 90 days of the staff person's date of hire.
Staff #5 has not completed certification in CPR. It has been more than 90 days from the date of hire.Plan of Correction: It is believed that the certification is still at a previous CDC. Efforts will be made to obtain from the previous employer or trainer of course. If neither is successful, then a recertification may be directed.
