This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A 60 day follow up monitoring inspection was conducted on August 18, 2021 The provider was contacted by telephone. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from to 1 months with 12 years old. There was 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing, training and supervision.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
