Discussion that all staff exceeded the required 16 hours of annual training for this year.
Discussion of the annual review by the parents of Child #1 for their emergency information that is on file at the Family Day Home.

This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/01/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 4 children present (13 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 4 children records, 1 household record, and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
