This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An initial inspection was initiated on 06/22/2021 and was conducted on 06/23/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector conducted a virtual inspection of the home to ensure compliance with applicable standards. The inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record and 2 household member records during the inspection to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
