A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 9/15/2022. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Based on record review the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have within 90days of the date of employment, current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)appropriate to the ages of the children in care.
Evidence:
Staff #4 (hire date 5/31/2022) does not have current certification in CPR.Plan of Correction: The director will ensure that all staff will obtain a current CPR and first aid certification within the set time frames. The training will include an in-person competency demonstration.
