An unannounced inspection was conducted on 6/16/2022.
Inspection began 2:48 pm and ended 3:40 pm.
There were 11 children present and two staff.
The children were playing various games lead by the staff.
Five children and two staff records reviewed.

Evidence:
The center did not have a flashlight or battery operated radio on site.Plan of Correction: A radio and flashlight have been placed at the center.
