An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted ta the same time as the monitoring inspection. The vendor had 3 children in care. Today's lunch will be tomato soup and turkey sandwiches.
Lots of interaction between the vendor and the children, discussed increase in capacity and what is needed from the vendor. Zoning contact was discussed and assistant needs if more than 16 points. No violations cited for the subsidy inspection.
