A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 7/10/24 from 9:45 to 10:50. The provider had 4 children present with an assistant. The children were observed playing with the caregivers and later having snack. The provider has a new playground in her yard with lots of space and a fence. No violations cited at this shsi.
