An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/03/2024 and completed on 10/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:50 AM and ended 1:00 PM. There were 37 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-C Description: A tuberculosis (TB) screening is required every two years from the last screening.
Staff #3 updated screening was due 3 months ago. The updated screenings have not yet been completed.Plan of Correction: The staff person has made an appointment and records will be reviewed .
