An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/18/2024 and completed on 11/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:50 AM and ended at 11:15 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records electronically on 11/19/2024. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
