A complaint investigation was conducted regarding rough handling concerns. Staff interviews and classroom observation conducted.
An additional inspection was conducted on July 31, 2023 to view video footage regarding the complaint.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. The complaint was determined not valid.
