*Discussed notifying parents when staffing changes occur to help with managing concerns regarding any staffing changes.

A complaint was received in the licensing office on 4/29/2024 regarding ratios and staff qualifications. On 4/30/2024 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted , records were reviewed and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
