An announced inspection was completed on 06/25/2024 in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The facility, including classrooms, bathrooms and playgrounds were toured. Records were reviewed for 4 staff members. Emergency supplies and other required records and postings were also reviewed. There was no medication on site during this inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
