An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 12/17/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:20 pm and ended at 3:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
