A self-reported incident was received by the department on November14, 2023, regarding a parent reported that their two year old child stated a staff member "hurt them". The inspector was on site from 9:00am to 11:00am on November 16, 2023. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The information gathered during this investigation did not result in violations related to the self-reported incident.
