An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on August 20, 2024 and completed on the same day. The on-site inspection began at 6:46 A.M. and ended at 7:28 A.M. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on site. Additional documentation was review electronically on August 21 and August 26, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
