On December 9, 2019 the department received a complaint regarding supervision. The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection January 9, 2020 at the facility from approximately 9:45 AM until 10:45 AM. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
