An unannounced complaint investigation was completed at this center today. This was done in response to a complaint that was received through the online DSS complaint system and received by the Fairfax Licensing office. Interviews were conducted and the physical plant was inspected relating to concerns with confidentiality of children's information, behavior guidance of a child in care and harmful agents being inaccessible to the children in care. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
